This website was started in 2025 in order to have a place for me to post my reviews about my favourite dish, Japanese Katsu Curry. Not overly spicy, plenty of flavour, and when done right a very warming dish, it’s no doubt it’s got surprisingly popular over the years in the UK from it’s origins in Japan.
Reviews here are my own opinion, probably thinking way too much about a curry dish and without having visited Japan could be skewed until the day that happens, and I decide to rewrite all of the reviews on here.
