Chicken Katsu Curry
Very tasty takeaway curry!
Ordered during an office day in Middlesbrough and pleasantly surprised at the lovely quality for the price!
This Chicken Katsu Curry bowl was ordered for delivery from Sushi Panda in Middlesbrough. It was incredibly flavorful, delivered exactly on time by the restaurant staff themselves along with a whole office full of other dishes which I was informed were also incredibly good ranging from platters of sushi to ramen dishes.
The curry sauce was full of flavours, along with the little bit of provided pickled vegetables was a delightful addition which just the right amount of chicken katsu cutlet provided, and a large amount of rice made for a very filling lunch time meal! Maybe for some a little too much rice as the sauce started to run out towards the bottom, but not much of a problem as this was at some of the last grains at the bottom.
Everything was packaged in plastic containers which while kept everything fresh and hot, are plastic which are not the most recyclable of materials however for a rare treat this can be excused. It would be great if they could use more paper based materials which would break down, but the cost of this dish would likely need to be increased.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in the industrial town on Middlesbrough!
